As a pastry chef, I have watched the growth trajectory of marketing sweet creations through social media platforms as well as an array of digital marketing campaigns. This inspiring avenue has encouraged me to focus on my passions in mixed media where the plate is not the limitation of my canvas.

While taking on the role as Head of Product Development at Villa Dolce Gelato, I challenged myself beyond recipe development, formulation and commercialization. While under the direction of our Marketing Director I have embraced to opportunity to showcase my work through social media, national publications and sales material to name a few roads of my progress.
